DESCRIPTION

The 3055-BLACK-100 is a versatile 18 AWG hook-up wire designed for the internal wiring of electronic and electrical equipment. It is constructed with a 16/30 stranded tinned copper conductor and a nominal 0.016-inch wall of black PVC insulation, resulting in an overall diameter of 0.079 inches. This wire is dual-rated under UL styles 1007 (80Â°C) and 1569 (105Â°C), with a voltage rating of 300 VRMS. It also meets CSA TR-64 (90Â°C) standards and passes VW-1 and FT1 flame tests for enhanced safety. Being RoHS compliant, this wire is ideal for a wide range of applications including appliances, control panels, and instrumentation.
