DESCRIPTION

The 5533-SL005 is a three-conductor shielded cable assembly designed for industrial and control applications requiring 600V rated performance. Each conductor is 16 AWG (19/0117) tinned copper with 0.032" nominal PVC insulation wall, arranged in a cabled configuration with 4.0 twists per foot minimum and wrapped with nonwoven polyester tape. The cable features an A/P/A tape shield with 25% overlap minimum and a 16 AWG tinned copper drain wire, complemented by tinned copper braid providing 70% coverage minimum. The outer jacket is 0.063" nominal PVC wall thickness with a ripcord for easy stripping, available in multiple colors including slate, black, yellow, orange, blue, green, red, sand beige, and white. This cable is rated for MTW and AWM applications at 105°C/600V, with a temperature operating range of -30°C to +105°C, making it suitable for machinery control, instrumentation, and industrial equipment where reliable signal transmission and protection from electromagnetic interference are essential.
