The 7132-BR005 is a single-conductor hookup wire featuring 20 AWG (7/28) tinned copper conductor with 0.016" wall nominal PVC insulation, irradiated for enhanced durability. It is rated for 300 V RMS at 105°C and complies with UL AWM/STYLE 1430 and CSA REW-XLPVC standards, with FT1 flame rating and RoHS compliance. The wire operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C, with a maximum pull tension of 8.7 lbs and a bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter. With a conductor DC resistance of 10.1 O/1000ft at 20°C and inductance of 0.05 µH/ft, this wire is suitable for general-purpose electrical interconnections, control circuits, and applications requiring reliable insulation and flame resistance in industrial and commercial equipment.
