AF1558-NA005 is an acrylic-coated fiberglass sleeving tubing designed for electrical insulation and component protection in demanding environments. The tubing features a fiberglass braid core coated with acrylic, with an inner diameter ranging from 0.129 to 0.141 inches and a minimum wall thickness of 0.008 inches, providing reliable mechanical and electrical protection. It operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +155°C and meets military specification MIL-I-3190/3 Grade C1 and NEMA TF-1 Type 6 standards. The material exhibits excellent electrical properties including a dielectric strength of 2500 V minimum average and volume resistivity of 1×10¹° ohm-cm, with a dielectric constant of 2.5. This sleeving is ideal for wire harnesses, cable bundling, and component insulation in aerospace, military, industrial, and telecommunications applications where thermal stability and electrical isolation are critical.
