DESCRIPTION

F2214IN-BK007 is a cross-linked polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing designed for wire and cable insulation, bundling, and protection applications. It features a 2:1 shrink ratio with a minimum supplied inner diameter of 1.000 inch and maximum recovered inner diameter of 0.500 inch, with a nominal recovered wall thickness of 0.035 inch. The tubing operates over a temperature range of -55 to 135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 90°C and full recovery at 121°C. It meets UL Standard 224 and CSA Standard 198 at 600V, as well as AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 specifications. This tubing is ideal for electrical insulation, strain relief, and environmental protection in industrial, aerospace, and general electronics applications.
