DESCRIPTION

F3503/64-CL103 is a cross-linked polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing designed for wire and cable insulation and protection applications. It features a 2:1 shrink ratio with a minimum supplied inner diameter of 1.000 inch and maximum recovered inner diameter of 0.500 inch, with a nominal recovered wall thickness of 0.035 inch. The tubing operates over a temperature range of -55 to 135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 90°C and full recovery temperature of 121°C. It offers excellent electrical properties including dielectric strength of 500 V/mil minimum and volume resistivity of 1x10^14 ohm-cm minimum. The product is RoHS compliant and meets UL Standard 224 and CSA Standard 198 (600V) as well as AMS-DTL-23053/5 specifications, making it suitable for demanding electrical and electronic applications.
