DESCRIPTION

FIT-221-1/16-CL060 is a cross-linked polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing designed for wire and cable insulation, bundling, and protection applications. It features a 2:1 shrink ratio with a temperature range of -55 to 135°C, a minimum shrink temperature of 90°C, and full recovery at 121°C. The tubing offers excellent mechanical properties including a minimum tensile strength of 1500 psi and elongation of 200%, along with electrical properties such as dielectric strength of 500 V/mil minimum and volume resistivity of 1x10^14 ohm-cm minimum. It meets UL Standard 224 and CSA Standard 198 (600V) certifications and complies with AMS-DTL-23053/5 specifications. This tubing is ideal for applications requiring reliable insulation, environmental protection, and strain relief in electrical and electronic assemblies.
