DESCRIPTION

FIT-221-3IN-CL005 is a heat shrinkable tubing designed for wire and cable insulation, bundling, and protection applications. Constructed from cross-linked polyolefin material, it features a 2:1 shrink ratio with a full recovery temperature of 121°C and minimum shrink temperature of 90°C. The tubing operates over a temperature range of -55 to 135°C and offers excellent mechanical properties including tensile strength of 1500 psi minimum and elongation of 200% minimum. Electrical properties include dielectric strength of 500 V/mil minimum and volume resistivity of 1x10^14 ohm-cm minimum. This tubing is RoHS compliant and meets UL Standard 224 and CSA Standard 198 specifications (except clear), making it suitable for a wide range of electrical and electronic applications requiring reliable insulation protection.
