DESCRIPTION

EC10E1220503 is a compact 10mm hollow shaft incremental rotary encoder designed for horizontal operation with a detent mechanism. The encoder features 12 pulses per revolution and 24 detent positions, providing precise angular position feedback with two-phase A and B output signals. It operates at a rated current of 1 mA at 5V DC with an operating life of 100,000 cycles and a detent torque of 5 ± 3 mN·m. The device supports an operating temperature range of -5°C to +45°C (or -30°C to +85°C for automotive applications), making it suitable for consumer electronics, industrial control panels, and automotive applications requiring reliable rotational input sensing.
