DESCRIPTION

The 2402.0 is an industry-standard insulated ferrule used to create reliable electrical connections when terminating stranded wire. It is specifically designed for a 12 AWG (4.00 mm²) conductor and features a gray, color-coded polypropylene insulating sleeve for easy identification. The tin-plated copper tube has an inner diameter of 3.2 mm and a length of 12.0 mm, with a total ferrule length of 20.0 mm. These ferrules prevent conductor breakage from bending or vibration and facilitate wire insertion into terminal blocks, circuit breakers, and other control devices.
