DESCRIPTION

The AZ755-1A-15DE is a 20 amp miniature power relay manufactured by American Zettler, designed for switching resistive and inductive loads in industrial and commercial applications. This relay features a 12V DC coil with a must-operate voltage of 8.6V and maximum continuous voltage of 22.8V, along with contact arrangements in SPST (1 Form A, 1 Form B) and SPDT (1 Form C) configurations. The relay is rated for 20A at 277VAC, 20A at 240VAC, and 1HP at 240VAC, with a maximum switched power of 480W or 5540VA and maximum switched voltage of 150VDC or 277VAC. It offers excellent mechanical reliability with 1×107 mechanical operations and 1×105 electrical operations at 16A 240VAC resistive load, along with fast switching times of 15ms maximum operate time and 5ms maximum release time. The relay is housed in a P.B.T. polyester enclosure with tinned copper alloy terminals, making it suitable for PCB mounting in control systems, automation equipment, and power distribution applications.
