DESCRIPTION

The AZKUP-3C-24DK is a 3PDT (three-pole double-throw) general-purpose power relay designed for industrial switching applications. It features a 24 VDC nominal coil voltage with a must-operate voltage of 18.0 VDC and maximum continuous voltage of 31.2 VDC, delivering 675 mW at pickup with a maximum continuous dissipation of 2.0 W at 20°C. The relay contacts are rated for 13 A at 120 VAC, 13 A at 277 VAC, 10 A at 28 VDC, and 3/4 HP at 600 VAC, with contact material consisting of silver cadmium oxide with gold flash on movable contacts and fine silver with gold flash on stationary contacts, providing contact resistance below 50 milliohms. The relay offers mechanical life expectancy of 1×107 operations and electrical life of 1×105 operations at rated load, with operate and release times of 15 milliseconds maximum at nominal coil voltage. It is housed in a polycarbonate enclosure with plug-in/quick-connect terminals, operates reliably from -45°C to 70°C, and is ideal for HVAC systems, industrial control panels, and general-purpose switching applications requiring multiple independent contact sets.
