DESCRIPTION

L77SDC37S1ACH4RC309 is a D-SUB connector featuring a 37-pin configuration with female contacts designed for reliable signal transmission in industrial and commercial applications. The connector utilizes a steel shell with 2.5 µm tin plating over 1.25 µm nickel, phosphor bronze contacts with 0.76 µm gold plating in the mating area, and a glass-filled thermoplastic body rated UL94 V-0 for flame retardancy. Electrically, it is rated for 250 V RMS at 50 Hz with a current capacity of 5 A per contact, withstanding voltage exceeding 1000 V RMS, and contact resistance of 20 mOhms maximum. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with insulation resistance greater than 5000 MO, making it suitable for demanding environments requiring robust connectivity and long-term durability.
