DESCRIPTION

The L77SDDH50SOL2RM8 is a 50-contact D-Sub connector featuring straight PCB termination in high-density configuration, designed for economical and reliable I/O connections. The connector utilizes precision formed contacts with closed-entry contact cavities and is constructed with steel shells with tin over nickel plating, glass-filled thermoplastic insulator (UL 94V-0), and brass pin contacts with selected gold in the mating area. Mechanical specifications include a maximum single contact insertion force of 0.54 kg (1.19 lb), mating force of 1.6 kg (3.56 lb) maximum, and unmating force of 2.02 kg (4.46 lb) minimum. The connector meets MIL C24308 and NFC 93425-HE5 standards and is RoHS compliant, making it suitable for industrial, telecom, and standard I/O connection applications requiring high reliability and quality.
