DESCRIPTION

SF1312-10DA-3 is a 1.25 Gbps 1310 nm single-mode SFP transceiver designed for high-speed optical communication links. The module features an FP laser transmitter and PIN photo-detector, supporting data transmission up to 10 km on 9/125 µm single-mode fiber with a duplex LC/UPC pluggable optical interface. It operates on a single +3.3 V power supply with a maximum current of 280 mA, includes a metal enclosure for EMI reduction, and supports digital diagnostic monitoring via a 2-wire serial interface compliant with SFF-8472. The SF1312-10DA-3 variant is rated for industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for demanding environments. Common applications include switch-to-switch interfaces, Gigabit Ethernet links, switched backplane applications, and router/server interfaces where reliable long-distance optical connectivity is required.
