DESCRIPTION

The 10106125-4006004LF is a PwrBlade+® connector designed for next-generation AC/DC power distribution in demanding applications requiring high linear current density and low power loss. It features high power contacts rated up to 58A per contact at 30°C temperature rise in still air, with contact resistance of =0.7mO after environmental exposure, and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The connector incorporates an optimized beam design with high conductivity copper alloy contacts finished with performance-based plating, achieving 192A per linear inch with eight adjacent high power contacts energized simultaneously. With 500 mating cycles durability and a 5.08mm contact wipe distance for high power contacts, this connector is ideal for AC/DC pluggable power supplies, networking equipment, industrial PCs, medical devices, and EV charging applications where compact packaging and high current capability are essential.
