DESCRIPTION

The 10106130-2005001LF is a PwrBlade+® connector designed for next-generation AC/DC power distribution in demanding applications requiring high linear current density and minimal power loss. This connector features high power contacts rated up to 58A per contact at a 30°C temperature rise in still air, with a maximum operating voltage of 912V for high power contacts and contact resistance of =0.7mO after environmental exposure. The connector operates across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and is housed in a high-temperature thermoplastic (UL 94 V-0, halogen-free) with optimized beam design for increased current carrying capability in a compact package. It is suitable for applications including AC/DC pluggable power supplies, networking equipment, industrial PCs, industrial controls, medical devices, and EV charging systems, offering both right-angle and coplanar mounting options with solder or press-fit tail configurations.
