DESCRIPTION
103R006BB100 is a precision load cell sensor designed for measuring bending force with high accuracy across a wide range of capacities from 100 kg to 10,000 kg. The sensor features bonded foil strain gauge technology with an accuracy of ±0.02% full scale and a standard output of 2 mV/V, ensuring reliable and precise measurements in demanding applications. It is constructed from nickel-plated alloy steel with an integrated cable, providing a compact and durable design suitable for integration into existing systems. The sensor operates over a temperature range of -30°C to 70°C with excellent temperature stability, featuring temperature effects of ±0.02% full scale per 10°C for both zero point and span. With an excitation voltage of 10 Vdc to 12 Vdc (maximum 15 Vdc), input resistance of 400 O, and output resistance of 352 O, this load cell is ideal for industrial weighing, force measurement, and structural monitoring applications where high precision and long-term stability are required.
