DESCRIPTION

The 52601-S10-8TLF is a Quickie® Shrouded Header Low Profile connector designed for flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. This 8-position SMT connector features a four-walled shrouded design with dual polarization to prevent mismating, and is compatible with wave, vapor-phase, and IR reflow soldering processes. The connector is rated for 1A continuous current with 500V RMS dielectric withstanding voltage and operates reliably across -65°C to +105°C. With gold/GXT plating (0.76µm) on mating areas and tin on solder side, it delivers 100+ mating cycles of durable performance. Ideal applications include electronic control systems, communication equipment, servers, industrial automation, instrumentation, and medical devices.
