DESCRIPTION
54122-809161650LF is an unshrouded header connector from the BERGSTIK product family designed for PCB interconnection applications. This RoHS-compliant connector features lead-free plating with 2 µm minimum matte tin over 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplate, meeting modern environmental regulations. The connector supports configurable position counts from 04 to 72 positions per row with 2.54 mm pitch spacing, and offers stack heights ranging from 8 mm to 25.0 mm in 0.5 mm increments. The housing is rated to withstand 260°C ±5°C solder bath temperature for 5 seconds in wave solder applications with 1.6 mm minimum thick circuit boards. Optional retention features are available at two adjacent pins at each end of the product for enhanced mechanical stability. This connector is ideal for standard PCB assembly, industrial control systems, and applications requiring reliable, cost-effective interconnection with lead-free compliance.
