DESCRIPTION

The 71600-150LF is a Quickie® shrouded IDC header connector designed for reliable flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a four-walled shrouded design for pin protection and misalignment prevention, with dual polarization to prevent connector mismating. The connector supports a continuous current rating of 3A, maintains contact resistance of 15mO maximum, and provides an insulation resistance of 1×105MO minimum with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V RMS. Operating reliably across a temperature range of -65°C to +105°C with pin retention of 20N minimum, this connector is ideal for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, vending machines, and medical applications where durable, cost-effective flat cable terminations are required.
