DESCRIPTION

The 75867-131LF is a shrouded header connector designed for dual-row applications with configurable position counts ranging from 2×2 to 2×32. It features a 2.54 mm pitch spacing and is constructed with a glass-filled thermoplastic housing (UL94V-0) in standard blue color, with phosphor bronze pins for reliable electrical contact. The connector is lead-free RoHS-compliant with 2 µm minimum matte tin plating over 1.27 µm nickel underplate on the tail, and 0.76 µm gold plating on the contact area. The housing can withstand 260°C ±5°C solder bath temperatures for 5 seconds, making it suitable for automated assembly processes. This connector is commonly used in industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and consumer electronics where reliable interconnection and polarization options are required.
