DESCRIPTION

The 76385-303LF is a RoHS-compliant shrouded header connector designed for reliable PCB interconnection applications. It features a thermoplastic glass-filled flame-retardant housing (UL 94 V-O rated, black color) with copper alloy terminals and lead-free plating consisting of 2 µm minimum matte tin over 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplate. The connector has a mini push-out force terminal rated at 22 N in both directions, with a 2.54 mm pitch and 0.62 mm square contact area. The housing is rated to withstand 260°C ±5°C solder bath temperature for 5 seconds in wave solder applications with a 1.6 mm minimum thick circuit board. This product is ideal for applications requiring lead-free, RoHS-compliant interconnection solutions in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and telecommunications devices.
