DESCRIPTION

The 8655MH1501BKLF is a D-Sub metal backshell hood assembly kit designed for size 15 D-Sub connectors with straight configuration. It features UNC 4.40 threading with a black headscrew and is supplied as a complete kit containing all necessary spare parts for one assembly, including cover bottom, jackscrews, strain relief components, cover top, and Pozidrive screws. The jackscrew screwing force is rated at a maximum of 50 Ncm, and the assembly supports cable diameters ranging from 4 mm to 11 mm with appropriate strain relief sizing. This kit is ideal for field assembly, repair, and maintenance of D-Sub connector installations in industrial and telecommunications applications, offering a complete solution for connector backshell assembly without requiring separate component sourcing.
