DESCRIPTION

DDML50P500 is a 50-contact D-Subminiature connector featuring angled solder spill termination for robust interconnect solutions in industrial and commercial electronics. The connector is constructed with a tin-plated steel shell and gold-over-nickel plating on the contact active area, with tin-over-nickel termination area plating for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. It supports a maximum current rating of 5 A per contact, a rated voltage of 300 Vrms, and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 Vrms, with insulation resistance exceeding 5000 MO and contact resistance of 10 mO or less. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is rated for 200 mating/unmating cycles, with insertion and extraction forces of 5 N maximum and 0.3 N minimum per contact. This connector is widely used in server switches, smart TVs, smart meters, routers, power supplies, servo drives, controllers, scanners, and ventilators where reliable signal and power distribution is essential.
