DESCRIPTION
The HM2P65PCT260N9LF is a Millipacs™ 2 mm Hardmetric Series 5-row straight press-fit header connector featuring 125 signal pins in a Module Type AB (15.4 mm) 25-position configuration. This unshielded connector is designed for press-fit mounting on printed circuit boards and delivers robust electrical performance with a voltage rating of 750V rms, current rating of 1.5A at 20°C (1A at 70°C), and contact resistance of 20 milli-ohms maximum. The connector utilizes phosphor bronze contacts with Level 2 finish and a thermoplastic housing (UL94 V0), operating reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. With a short tail length of 4.5 mm, mechanical specifications including 0.75N maximum mating force per contact pair and 200 Kpsi minimum Hertz stress, this connector is well-suited for medical devices, high-density interconnect applications, and industrial equipment requiring reliable, compact signal distribution.
