DESCRIPTION
SFV15R-2STE1HLF is a right-angle Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) FFC/FPC connector designed for reliable cable connections with minimal insertion effort. The connector features a compact height of 1.8mm, operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C, and supports top contact configuration with surface mount termination. It delivers FPC retention force of 0.25N/contact minimum (gold plating), voltage rating of 50V AC/DC, and current rating of 0.5A AC/DC, with contact resistance of 30mO maximum. The housing is constructed from LCP (black, UL94V-0) with phosphor bronze contacts and tabs, offering 20 mating cycle durability and optional cable lock functionality for enhanced retention. This connector is widely used in automotive multimedia systems, navigation displays, dashboard applications, and industrial control equipment where vibration resistance and halogen-free compliance are essential.
