DESCRIPTION

The SFV20R-1STE1HLF is a 0.5mm pitch right-angle ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) FFC/FPC connector designed for reliable cable connections with minimal insertion effort. It features a compact height of 1.8mm, phosphor bronze contacts with standard gold plating, and accommodates cable thickness of 0.3mm, with bottom contact configuration and surface mount termination. The connector delivers FPC retention force of 0.25N/contact minimum (gold plating), supports 20 mating cycles, and operates reliably across -55°C to +105°C with a voltage rating of 50V AC/DC and current rating of 0.5A AC/DC. Its halogen-free, lead-free construction combined with the optional cable lock feature and proven vibration-proof design make it ideal for automotive multimedia, navigation systems, dashboard displays, and industrial control applications requiring stress-free mating and high durability.
