DESCRIPTION

The 97-3108B-18(621)(0850) is a standard cylindrical connector from Amphenol's 97 Series, designed as an angle plug for general-duty interconnection applications. It features a size 18 shell with a split backshell construction (3108B), which is split longitudinally for convenient soldering and inspection. The connector has a threaded coupling mechanism, single key/keyway polarization, and hard diallyl-phthalate inserts for its solder-style contacts. Constructed from high-grade aluminum alloy with a non-RoHS black zinc alloy finish (621), it is designed for durability and operates over a temperature range of –55°C to +125°C. The 90° angle housing can be rotated and locked at any 45° increment, offering flexibility in cable routing.
