DESCRIPTION

The 10-040450-14S is a front panel shielding gasket designed for Amphenol GT Series reverse bayonet coupling connectors in shell size 14S. This gasket provides electromagnetic shielding and sealing protection for applications requiring resistance to harsh environmental conditions. The gasket features a shielding layer with dimensions of 0.031 ± 0.010 inches (0.8 ± 0.3 mm) and is configured with four mounting holes for secure installation on front panel applications. It maintains resiliency and sealing performance across a wide temperature range, including extremely low temperatures down to -67°F, where it retains the ability to seal pressure differentials of 30 psi. This gasket is commonly used in rail/mass transit systems and other ruggedized connector applications where environmental protection and electromagnetic compatibility are critical requirements.
