DESCRIPTION

The 10-824721-012 is a medium to heavy-weight standard cylindrical connector from the Amphenol 97 Series, designed for general duty applications. It is configured with the 24-10 insert arrangement, providing seven size 8 silver-plated solder contacts, each rated for a test current of 46 Amperes. The connector shell is fabricated from high-grade aluminum alloy with a conductive cadmium plate finish and an olive drab chromate after-treatment for durability. It features threaded coupling, hard diallyl-phthalate inserts, and operates from –55°C to +125°C. This cost-effective, field-proven connector is intermateable with other 97 Series and SAE AS50151 types, making it ideal for machine tools, robotics, and welding equipment.
