DESCRIPTION

The 97-3057-8 is an MS3057A type cable clamp from the Amphenol 97 series, designed to secure jacketed cables or wires protected by tubing. It is specifically intended for use with shell sizes 16 and 16S and features 7/8-20 threads for mounting. This clamp accommodates a maximum cable outside diameter of 9/16 inch (14.27 mm) and features two floating clamping halves to ensure maximum strain relief. This accessory is essential for creating robust connections by protecting wire termination points from mechanical stress and can be used with an MS3420 bushing for unjacketed wires.
