DESCRIPTION

M85049/49-2-24N is a QPL strain relief clamp backshell designed for use with circular connectors in military and aerospace applications. This straight-configuration backshell is constructed from aluminum alloy and stainless steel, providing robust mechanical support and cable strain relief at the connector termination area. The accessory shell size 24 corresponds to a cable entry diameter (A) of 1.500 inches (38.10 mm) maximum and dimension B of 1.703 inches (43.3 mm) maximum. Available with electroless nickel (N) finish, this backshell meets MIL-DTL-85049 requirements and is ideal for harsh and demanding environments where reliable connector protection is essential.
