DESCRIPTION

000-15875 is a straight clamp BNC plug connector designed for RF cable termination in miniature to subminiature coaxial cable applications. The connector features a nickel-plated body with silver-plated contacts and employs clamp body attachment with solder contact termination, providing reliable mechanical and electrical connections. It is rated for 50 O impedance with performance up to 4 GHz (useable to 6 GHz), featuring a VSWR of 1.5 + 0.1f (GHz) across the DC to 4 GHz frequency range and RF leakage of 55 dB minimum at 3 GHz. The connector utilizes a 2-stud bayonet lock coupling mechanism (MIL-STD-348) with coupling torque of 0.6 to 2.5 in-lbs and a coupling nut retention force of 101 lbs minimum. This industrial-grade connector is ideal for applications requiring quick-connect/disconnect RF cable termination with robust mechanical retention and low-loss signal transmission.
