DESCRIPTION

SKU 172304 is an N-type crimp plug connector designed for LMR 300 cable termination. The connector features a brass body with nickel finish, a Teflon insulator, and gold-plated brass contact pins, providing excellent corrosion resistance and reliable electrical performance. The connector has a 5/8-24UNEF-2B thread interface with a body diameter of 21.00 mm and an overall length of 26.50 mm, with recommended cable stripping dimensions of 4.00 mm. The ferrule is crimped with a hex crimp size of 0.324 inches, while the contact pin uses a hex crimp size of 0.068 inches, ensuring secure and repeatable terminations. This connector is commonly used in RF and microwave applications requiring robust, weatherproof connections for coaxial cable systems.
