DESCRIPTION

ATHP062S25EL-S2 is a MagnaMate™ ATHP Mini plug connector featuring two positions with 2.5mm socket contacts and advanced RADSOK® contact technology. The connector is equipped with EMC shielding and integrated High Voltage Interlock Loop (HVIL) safety features, rated for a maximum voltage of 1000V. It accommodates power cables in the 2.5–6.0 mm² range with a cable outer diameter range of 4.8–5.8 mm, and supports up to 35A amperage per contact. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +130°C and features an IP67 rating when mated. This connector is designed for demanding xEV (electric vehicle) applications including inverters, power distribution boxes, and battery junction boxes in trucking, agricultural, mining, construction, and marine industries.
