ATM04-12PA-SR1GY is a 12-position receptacle connector from the ATM Series™ SR01 line, featuring a thermoplastic body with extended strain relief and standard diameter rear seals for enhanced durability. The connector is rated for 7.5A continuous current with size 20 contacts and provides IP68/69K sealing performance when mated, protecting individual wire cavities to maximize sealing integrity regardless of wire bundle direction. It features a grey body with keying option A and includes individually sealed wire cavities that eliminate stress on the rear seal while maintaining robust mechanical performance. The connector meets rigorous performance standards including 1000 megohms minimum insulation resistance at 25°C, withstands 50g shock in three axes without latch disengagement, and maintains continuity through vibration testing at up to 20g acceleration across 10-2000 Hz. This connector is ideal for industrial applications requiring reliable multi-pin connections in harsh environments, such as heavy equipment, automotive systems, and industrial machinery where durability and environmental sealing are critical.
