DESCRIPTION

ATP06-2S-KIT01 is a 2-position plug kit from the Amphenol Sine Systems ATP Series™ designed for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring reliable multi-pin connectivity. The kit includes one plug connector, two socket contacts (Size 12), and one AWP-25 wedgelock, all rated for 25A continuous current at 250V. The connector features a thermoplastic housing with superior UV resistance, excellent dielectric and mechanical properties, and is RoHS compliant. The integral latching system ensures definitive electrical and mechanical connections with environmental seals providing IP68/IP69K protection. Performance specifications include insulation resistance of 1000 megohms minimum at 25°C, contact retention of 70 lbs for Size 12 contacts, and thermal cycling capability with no cracking or leaking after 20 cycles from -55°C to +125°C. This kit is ideal for industrial equipment, machinery, and systems requiring robust, sealed connectors that maintain continuity under vibration (21 G's at 10-2000 Hz) and physical shock (50 G's in three perpendicular planes).
