DESCRIPTION

H4CFC6DI is a female PV panel connector designed for photovoltaic power systems, featuring a cable gland interface and dual approvals (UL 1000V and TUV 1500V). The connector supports multiple cable sizes including 2.5mm²/14AWG, 4.0mm²/12AWG, and 6.0mm²/10AWG, with rated currents of 40A, 45A, and 56A respectively. It incorporates a snap-lock locking mechanism with compression gland cable strain relief, copper tin-plated contacts with typical resistance of 0.30mO for stamped and formed contacts, and achieves IP68 protection rating when mated. The connector operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is constructed with polycarbonate insulation material, UL94 V-0 flame class rating, and is classified as Safety Class II with Pollution Degree 2. This connector is widely used in residential and commercial photovoltaic installations where reliable, weatherproof connections are essential for long-term system performance.
