DESCRIPTION

H4CMC6DI is a high-performance PV cable connector designed for photovoltaic power systems, featuring dual approvals (TUV/UL certification) and rated for 1000V DC operation. The connector supports cable sizes from 2.5mm² to 10.0mm² (14AWG to 8AWG) with rated currents ranging from 40A to 65A depending on cable gauge, and incorporates copper tin-plated contacts with typical contact resistance of 0.25–0.30mO. It utilizes a snap-lock locking mechanism with compression gland cable strain relief, achieving IP68 degree of protection when mated, and operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The connector is constructed with polycarbonate insulation material, UL94 V-0 flame class rating, and is designed for use in harsh outdoor environments where UV, ozone, and moisture resistance are essential for long-term photovoltaic system performance.
