DESCRIPTION

159-2801-260 is a 60-conductor round-to-flat jacketed ribbon cable designed for IDC termination applications. It features 28 AWG 7/36 tinned copper conductors with .010" gray PVC insulation with red edge marking, wrapped in .001" polyester tape spiral and enclosed in a .030" black PVC jacket. The cable offers an impedance of 95 Ohms, capacitance of 19 pF/ft at 1MHz, and a current rating of 1.3 A at 10°C rise above ambient with a voltage rating of 300 V. With an A span of 3.000" (76.20mm) nominal and B span of 2.950 ±0.015" (74.93±0.38mm), this cable operates over a temperature range of -20°C to 105°C. It is UL Listed Type CL2 and CSA Certified AWM FT-1, making it suitable for data communication and signal transmission applications requiring reliable flat cable termination.
