DESCRIPTION

PL00X-301-10M10 is a PwrLok 10mm IPOS receptacle lug connector designed for high-power electrical applications with integrated high-voltage interlock (HVIL) functionality. The connector features a rated power current of 300A and HVIL signal current of 5A, with operating voltage specifications of 1000 VDC for power and 60 VDC for signal circuits. It provides comprehensive dielectric withstand voltage protection with 5000 VDC between pin and metal shell after mating, 5000 VDC between pin and HVIL, and 500 VDC between HVIL and metal shell. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and includes electromagnetic shielding, automatic secondary locking, and IP67/IP2X protection rating. With a mating cycle rating of 100 minimum cycles and M10 bolt connection with recommended torque of 17.1–20.9 Nm, this connector is ideal for battery management systems, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and industrial power distribution where safety interlocks and high current capacity are essential.
