DESCRIPTION

C09111C0060002U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental protection and EMI shielding. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with IP65/67/69K rating when mated, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating for reliable signal and power connections. It supports 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations with current ratings of 7A for 5-8 positions and 3A for 12-14 positions at +40°C, operating across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. The connector offers excellent EMI shielding capability with solder and crimp termination options for wire gauges 18 through 28 AWG, achieving contact resistance below 5 mO and insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² O. This connector is ideal for measuring instruments, equipment, and 4G/5G mobile radio networks where environmental sealing and signal integrity are critical.
