DESCRIPTION

C09111D0080014U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial signal and power connections with environmental protection up to IP65/67/69K when mated. The connector features a metal screw coupling system, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating with solder and crimp termination options. It supports 18 through 28 AWG wire sizes and offers excellent EMI shielding capability with contact resistance below 5 mO and insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² O. The connector operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and is rated for up to 500 mating cycles with silver plating or 1000 cycles with gold plating. With UL 94 V0 flammability rating and 720-hour salt spray corrosion resistance, this connector is ideal for demanding industrial applications including measuring instruments, 4G/5G mobile radio networks, and other harsh environment installations requiring reliable power and signal integrity.
