DESCRIPTION

C09131F0061002 is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial signal and power connections with environmental protection up to IP65/67/69K when mated. The connector features a metal screw coupling system, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating, supporting wire gauges from 18 to 28 AWG with solder and crimp termination options. It offers excellent EMI shielding capability with insulation resistance greater than 10¹² O and contact resistance less than 5 mO, ensuring high signal integrity. The connector operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and supports mating cycles of =500 for silver-plated contacts and =1000 for gold-plated contacts. With UL 94 V0 flammability rating and 720-hour salt spray corrosion resistance, this connector is ideal for measuring instruments, industrial equipment, and 4G/5G mobile radio network applications requiring robust environmental protection and reliable performance.
