DESCRIPTION

T3653100 is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial applications requiring robust signal and power connections. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with thermoplastic dielectric material and silver/gold contact plating, supporting 2 through 8, 12, and 14 pin positions. It offers IP65/67/69K environmental protection when mated, excellent EMI shielding capability with 360° shielding option, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C with operating voltage up to 300V per IEC 60664-1. The connector supports solder and crimp termination with wire gauges from 18 to 28 AWG, delivering contact resistance below 5 mO and insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² O. This makes it ideal for measuring instruments, 4G/5G mobile radio networks, and other demanding industrial applications where environmental sealing and signal integrity are critical.
