DESCRIPTION

The 1388G7 is a pneumatic die tool designed for use with Anderson Power Products' SB50 connector system. This die is specifically engineered to crimp contacts onto #10 to #12 AWG wire (5.3/3.3 mm²), providing reliable and consistent terminations for 50 amp rated connections. The tool operates with the pneumatic applicator (part 260G16) and is paired with the corresponding locator (1389G7) to ensure precise contact placement and retention. The 1388G7 die delivers a contact retention force of 50 Ibf and maintains average contact resistance of 200 micro-ohms, meeting UL standards for 600 Volt continuous AC or DC operation.
