DESCRIPTION

The 12146A is a professional double-pole toggle switch from the 12000 series, featuring a 26° angle of throw and solder lug terminals designed for robust panel-mounted applications. It incorporates a threaded bushing with Ø 11.9 mm (15/32-32UNS) and is available with multiple contact material options including silver (A), silver with gold plating (AD2), or solid gold rivet (D) contacts. The switch supports a maximum current/voltage rating of 4 A at 30 VDC with silver contacts, an initial contact resistance of 10 mO maximum, and insulation resistance of 1,000 MO minimum at 500 VDC. It features a contact bounce of 2 ms maximum and is CECC approved, conforming to ML specifications for high-specification environments. The switch is suitable for applications requiring reliable toggle action with smooth mechanical operation and offers optional front panel sealing, locking levers, and various actuator configurations for enhanced functionality and environmental protection.
