DESCRIPTION

The 18535CD is a double-pole snap-action momentary pushbutton switch from the 18000 series, designed for reliable tactile feedback switching applications. It features gold-plated brass contacts rated for 100 mA at 30 VDC, with an initial contact resistance of 50 mO maximum and an insulation resistance of 1,000 MO minimum. The switch offers a total travel of 0.5 mm, operates across a temperature range of -30°C to +65°C, and is rated for 60,000 electrical cycles at full load. The housing is constructed from stainless steel with a PBT case and polyamide glass-filled actuator, while the solder lug terminals are epoxy sealed for environmental protection. This switch is commonly used in industrial control panels, instrumentation, and consumer electronics where reliable momentary switching with tactile feedback is required.
