DESCRIPTION

The DMR08T is an 8-position SPST standard DIP switch from the DM Series, featuring a recessed actuator and Kapton tape seal for reliable performance in surface-mount applications. It incorporates self-cleaning gold-over-nickel plated contacts and a glass fiber-filled PPS base material (UL94V-O rated) for high reliability and durability. The switch is rated for 2000 electrical cycles minimum at 24 VDC with 25 mA switching current, and supports contact ratings up to 100 mA at 50 VDC for non-switching applications. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to 85°C, insulation resistance of 100 Megohms minimum at 500 VDC, and dielectric strength of 500 VAC for 1 minute, the DMR08T is well-suited for industrial control systems, instrumentation, and configuration applications requiring multiple independent switch positions.
